101238(a) · 101238 Buildings and Grounds (a)The child care center shall be clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of children, employees and visitors.

The facility has already devleoped the alternative plan to provide safe drininking to the children in care. LPA received a written directive stating that Children will bring water bottles from home. In addition, the facility will not be using the outlets and in the process of replacing/reparing the outlets. Based on Lead Testing Samples it was concluded that one of the outlets exceeded the Action Level that was established by the stated for exposure. This is an potential risk to Health and Safety or Personal Rights risk to persons in care. Since the facility has opt to repair/replace the water outlets, a follow up water sample shall be taken following the lead testing protocol. SUPERVISOR'S NAME: Wynn Norona
