The facility shall review the "Preschool Handbook" and sign a training log confirming their understanding. The facility will ensure all future actions with children and families follow the terms of the parent handbook and align with Title 22 regulations. (1)The licensee shall maintain the temperature in rooms that children occupy between a minimum of 68 degrees F (20 degrees C) and a maximum of 85 degrees F (30 degrees C).
The facility shall submit a written statement outlining the interim measures that will be implemented to ensure the Fireside Room remains at a safe and comfortable temperature during use. These corrective actions will remain in place until the heater is repaired and fully operational. The facility has already devleoped the alternative plan to provide safe drininking to the children in care. LPA received a written directive stating that Children will bring waterbottles from home. In addition, the facility will not be using the outlets and in the process of replacing/reparing the outlets.
