The Facility shall watch the "Child Care Reporting Requirements" at www.ccld.childcarevideos.org and submit a written statement explaining when and how an event should be reported to the Community Care Licensing Division(CCLD) by the POC date. Based on the observations, interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as the facility did not report structural changes to the Community Care Licensing Division (CCLD) which poses a potential risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of the children in care. The facility was advised to submit an application to decrease the capacity on the preschool license and to request the addition of the room under the infant license.
