Per Assistant Director, they will have a staff meeting regarding Personal Rights. Staff will sign an attendance sheet as proof of attendance. All staff will watch "Personal Rights" on www.ccld.childcarevideos.org and provide a summary of what was learned. All summaries, meeting agenda, and Based on interview, Licensee did not ensure children's relationships with staff were accorded dignity, as Staff #4 was disclosed as roughly handling children and displaying inappropriate behavior in front of children. This posed an immediate risk to the health, safety, & personal rights of children in care signed attendance sheet, will be submitted to LPA by POC date. POC date is 07/10/2024, due to Center Director being unavailable until then.
