The Facility has made the water fountain and faucet inaccessible by covering them with plastic. Facility Rep stated the facility replaced fixtures and is planning on retested once flushing is completed. Based on record review, the facility did not comply with the directive above, as one outlet tested with an Action Level Exceedance (ALE). This poses an immediate Health and Safety risk to children in care. Director will continue to provide the status and updates via email to LPA Lilli Babcock - lilli.babcock@dss.ca.gov, regarding the sink faucet located in RM 4 along with fixture replacement service order and required documentation; facility sketch, LIC 9275 & LIC 9276 within 30 days in order to clear this citation.
