LPA received a copy of the training list of attendee's with their signatures obtained during today's visit. POC has been cleared on 03/24/26 Based on interviews, the licensee did not ensure proper care and supervision for a child that wandered out of the classroom into the lobby, which poses an potential Health, Safety, or Personal Rights risk to persons in care.
