  Licensee states she will register for training on personal rights using caregistry.org website. Licensee also states she will review CDSS personal rights video online. Licensee will provide proof to LPA of training registration and a declaration indicating training video was reviewed. Based on interviews the licensee waived children's rights to be free of corporal or unusual punishment which poses an immediate Health, safety and/or personal rights risk to persons in care.
