Licensee stated she would watch a training in regard to personal rights. LPA provided licensee with online department resources (ccld.ca.gov) where licensee can use the informational videos for training on personal rights.

  Based on observation, interviews and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above it was confirmed that on at least one occasion licensee spoke inappropriately to daycare children. Licensee stated she would submit via text or email a statement of what was viewed and learned in the training video to the department by POC due date cob 06/12/2024.
