101226(a) · 101226 (a) The licensee shall immediately notify the child's authorized representative if the child becomes ill or sustains an injury more serious than a minor cut or scratch. The licensee shall obtain specific instructions from the authorized representative regarding action to be taken. Nothing to correct because we do write the reports. 101226.3(a) · 101226.3 Observation of the Child (a) The behavior and health of the children shall be continually observed throughout the period of attendance. Licensee did not provide a plan of correction. The director was heard yelling at C1 to listen and to pay attention while in front of the other child care children This is an immediate health and safety risk to children in care. The director will send in writing a plan for behavior regarding staff stepping in for child C1. This shall be sent into CCLD no later than 3/30/22. The licensee/director stated she will send in to ccl actions practiced at home and mirrored at the center. LIC 9224 will be required to be maintained in each child's file.

101238(a) · (a) The child care center shall be clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of children, employees and visitors.
LPA's observed the bathroom toilets to have rings and need cleaning, walls need to be patched and cleaned, trash cans need to be cleaned This is a potential health and safety risk to children in care. The director will send in a plan for the following cleaning and correction procedures. The Director will send in a plan and photos to complete the updates and cleaning no later than 4/1/22.
