Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as today, LPA observed an unlabeled epinephrin injector in a locked medicine cabinet. During an interview with Director Ortiz, it was found that the injector belongs to a child who stopped attending the facility roughly two years ago.
