Staff Meeting will be held to focus on SUPERVISION and how to handle transitions. A walky talky will be available to each staff at the beginning of their shift. Staff will sign a log stating they received a walky talky and that it is in working condition. Based on interviews, the facility did not comply with the section cited above where children were not properly supervised resulting in a child being left on a playground unattended, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Facility will produce a zoning map plan and post in all classrooms. Director will submit signed meeting notes and as well copies of walky talky log and zoning map to LPA for one week post meeting.
