Staff meetings were conducted regarding staff scheduling, children's personal rights, and "if you see something, say something" to administration. Another staff meeting will be conducted on 12/18/23. , as evidenced by Program Lead (PL) advised that staff at the center just completed training on March 1, 2023, which included an emphasis on personal rights and supervision. PL will provide LPA with a list of staff who attended. PL also advised that staff currently address interactions between Interviews revealed that facility staff who should have had knowledge of previous incidents failed to prevent Child #2 from inappropriately touching Child #1 on May 25, 2022.
