(1) No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time...Supervision shall include visual observation. Facility has held a staff meeting with all staff and reiterated the policies on supervision during meal times. No plan of correction is being required as all staff have been made aware of their responsibilities on conducting full supervision of children at all times.
