By close of business on 9/15/21, the director has agreed to submit a facility mask policy plan to adhere to the mandate that children ages 2 years and older wear masks inside of a child care facility. This requirement has not been met as evidenced by LPM and LPA's observations of children ages 2 years and older inside of the faciity, without masks as mandated by the California Department of Public Health. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of childen in care. Failure to correct will result in a $100 per day civil penalty until corrected. Repeat violations are $250 per violation and $100 per day until corrected.
