  Director conducted an informal staff meeting to reinforce importance of the supervision of children. Staff in Owls B classroom received counselling by elementary school principal. Per director, enrolled children, families of children and staff were reminded of program’s pick up procedures and policies. Based on observation, record review and interviews which were conducted, C1 ran out of classroom without a staff member. C1 was left unattended and unsupervised by staff. Director has placed signs on all gates, reminding individuals to close all gates to preschool program. Office meeting to be conducted at a later date.
