All classrooms are also required to fill out ratio boards for headcounts inside and outside the classroom for outdoor play time. Director plans to have a training on 8/29/2025 regarding this matter. Director will email LPA copy of powerpoint training.
Based on interview, the facility did not comply with the section cited above as three facility staff interviwed stated that there was a child left alone inside the TK classroom during outdoor play, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care
