Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation, the facility did not comply with the section cited above. The toddler playground has a carpet of which the side is liftng from the ground and can be a tripping hazard. The ground also has an artifical grass and rubber square on some areas and is approimately 1 inch higher from the ground that is also a potential tripping hazard.
