The evidence showed that children engaged in inappropriate activities due to a lack of supervision. Administrators will update scheduled breaks to ensure staff to child ratios do not exceed 12:1 at all times during childcare center hours. Administrator will provide a daily teacher schedule to the Department that includes, breaks, classroom assignments, and outdoor supervision schedule for teachers. Per LPA observation at 11:32am in classroom 2, one teacher is providing care and supervision to 13 children. The teacher is alone inside of classroom 2 conducting transition activitites that include handwashing, bathroom time, and storytime with 13 children.
