Based on LPAs observations and photographs obtained, the facility did not comply with the section cited above as evidenced by broken stucco exposing the concrete on the lower portion of the north side of the wall between the entrance of the yard and barricaded AC unit in the infant play yard, debris of leaves outside of the infant classroom #1 and in the play yard, which poses a potential risk of the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care.
