Educational Coordinator stated the facility has not used the faucets in Room 2 and Room 4 for drinking prior to Covid before 2020. The facility has put an "out of service" sign on and around the faucets A & D and attached a red cap securing around the outlets making them inaccessible to children. Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the directive above, as two outlets out of seven outlets tested with an Action Level Exceedance (ALE). This poses a potential Health and Safety risk to children in care. Educational Coordinator will continue to provide the status and updates regarding the outlets during there placement process with planned completion within 30 days by 06/30/23.
