LPAs observed that the sink in Room 105 had live and active maggots crawling in the sink. This poses an immediate health and safety risk to children in care During the site inspection today, Program Manager cleaned the sink. Program Manager is to submit a plan to LPA Razo by 7/10/2021 to ensure that center will be free of flies and other insects and rodents.
