The Director states that Director had install the extra lock and alarm, and camera approved by the fire department. In the meantime, the Director put cones before the entrance/exit to the back gate. The Director held the meeting with all staff members and mentioned children's supervision with all staff members. Based on observations, interviews, and record review, 6 of 6 interviewed staff admitted C1 wandered away from the facility into a parking lot building. This poses an immediate risk to the health and safety of the children in care..
