Director posted the lead sampling test results. The drinking faucet/outlet was taped off with yellow caution tape, the water was turned off by maintenance support service, and a sign indicating "Not In Service” was posted. Based on facility Lead sampling tests it was discovered that drinking faucet/outlet in Preschool #1 classroom had high level of lead. This poses a potential risk to the health of children in care.
