Director agreed to provide the department a written statement and from all staff stating they agree to abide by the Title 22 regulation 101223 (a)(2) at visit on 9/11/2025. CLEARED AT VISIT ON 9/11/2025 Based on LPA interviews revealed that infant children are frequently placed in boppy pillows and left to sleep in which posed a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to the children in care.

other children were engaging with staff. Staff confirmed in interviews on site that infants are allowed to sleep in the strollers too. This is practice has been implemented at the site due to staff being unable to supervise and care for infants in adjacent crib room. Based on observations on this inspection and Staff own admission. Infants are taken out for a stroll every day for approximately 30 minutes to 2 hours to allow other children to sleep ( weather has been range between 90-109 degrees during 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.). LPAs observed infant(s) in strollers while Facility agrees to cease the practice of allowing infants to sleep on strollers and to take infants outside the facility for extensive periods of time when weather is extremely hot. Director agrees to submit a plan to the Department which states how the facility will provide a shaded rest area for the children and will submit pictures by close of business on the POC due date. Director also agrees to obtain and submit documentation from the City of Corona regarding the condition of the tree by 3/23/2022. Based on the observation and interview, the Licensee did not meet Outdoor Activity Space which poses a potential Health, Safety & Personal Rights risk to the children in care. During the facility tour LPAs observed children playing on the playground that was not shaded. The Director stated, the facility has canopies but does not utilize them.
