During facility tour LPA observed several hazardous items that were accessible to the children in care which included cleaning solutions in the restroom, three propane tanks in the backyard, vitamins/supplements in the kitchen, dog poop and both side yards had a lot of stacked and unused furniture and tools. During facility tour LPA observed an infant in a Fisher Price Rocker on top of the kitchen counter. When asked to move the child, the Licensee left the child in the rocker and put the entire rocker with the child in a bassinet.
