Director has implemented a new protocal stating to infant classroom staff they may not use small objects or certain craft supplies that may be a risk to the children in care. Director spoke to staff individually and in a group speaking of the importance of child safety in the classroom. Based on LPAs interviews and record review, infant classroom staff did not notice a child having a piece of plastic in their mouth which posed a potential healthy and safety risk to the children in care.
