Licensee agrees to provide training with her staff on communication and providing active supervision to children in care. Licensee will provide a signed document indicating a summary of the topic provided to LPA Garcia by March 6, 2026. Based on interviews, staff were aware that children had a history of overcrowding on the rotating seesaw, but did not take active or appropriate steps to stop the behavior to prevent a foreseeable injury creating an environment for a lack of supervision. based on observation and interview, an infant in care has fallen alseep in a feeding chair The Licensee showed LPA documentation that she has started completing and documenting 15 minute sleep checks for the infant in care. The Licensee will review safe sleep resources online at that was placed on couch without any safety restraints.
