Owner/director will send a written statement of what the understanding of the regulation means, how the facility will ensure the safety of children in care and how this incident can be prevented from happening again by of daily living including eating, sleeping or toileting....

  , based on interviews. It was confirmed several children were phyically disciplined by owner/director. This posed an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care 01/12/2024. Also the owner/director shall take a in person course on discipling children in care appropriately and handling children who needs additional support by:01/26/2024. A follow up meeting will be conducted with director/owner and the regional office.
