Based on interviews with children and staff the facility did not ensure the facility Per Director they will no longer co-mingle preschool, after school children and infants with each other and keep age groups separately. Per Director will submit a written plan understanding that they can not co-mingle and will email LPA by POC date 06/20/24 operated within its limitations. Facility is co-mingling preschools with Infants and School-Age children and after shool children co-mingle with preschool chidren but happens rarely this poses an immediate health and safety risk to children in care.
