Safety precautions shall include but not limited to: (4) Poisons, detergents, cleaning compounds, medicines, firearms and other items which could pose a danger if readily available to children shall be stored where they are inaccessible to children.

Licensees will esnure the home is free from defects or conditions which might endanger a child. Licensees will ensure no access to weight bench and weight equipment in the living room. Licensees will esnure all cleaning products and products that state keep out of reach of children are both inaccessible and age-appropriate to children in care. POC will be cleared by visit. Based on observations LPA observed an accessible weight bench in the living room and observed multiple disinfectant sprays and laundry detergent in the laundry area which pose a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
