based on staff interviews and observations. Facility failed to maintain facility ratio. Staff confirmed morning hours between 6:30-AM-9:30AM the facility was operating over the ratio due to a lack of staff available to open the center Director immediately roated staff members to into coverage of the classrom (prek) and classroom (2's) to support with staffing ratios for nap time. Possible informal meeting with manager will be arranged to address ongoing ratio issues occuring at facility. Staff indicated that this happens frequently and almost everyday of the week. At 1:30 LPAS inspected the classroom (pre-k) during nap time and observed a classroom to have 1 staff with 22 children and 6 children awake and clasrroom (2's) to have 22 children with one staff and 2 children awake..
