  POC was cleared – Licensee sent LPA Hurtado copy of the sleep logs on 6/6/25. During the file review, LPA Hurtado observed that Licensee did not have completed sleep logs for 2 out of 2 infants. TV was provided on 12/10/24 for incomplete sleep logs. Safety precautions shall include but not limited to: (4) Poisons, detergents, cleaning compounds, medicines, firearms and other items which could pose a danger if readily available to children shall be stored where they are inaccessible to children. (C) Ammunition shall be stored and locked separately from firearms.
