  Licensee provided a written statement attesting she understands must comply with the capacity of a small family child care home when there is no assistant present at her home which is licensed as a large. POC cleared. Based on interviews and records, licensee was out of ratio on 01/24/2024, due to being without an assistant and not complying with the capacity of a small family child care home. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety and personal rights of the children in care.
