Director stated she will review CCR 101538.3(b) with staff members and submit a statement of understanding stating how the facility will prevent commingling in the facility. Statement of understanding will be submitted to LPA via email by end of workday 03/13/2024. Based on LPA observation and Director interview, SA child and PS children have been commingling in PS classroom for a hour each morning.The licensee did not comply with the section cited above. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety, or personal rights of children in care.
