Director indicated that they conducted a training meeting on children personal rights on 04/25/2025. Director indicated that she will provide the department with a sign in sheet of staff that will be attended the meeting. Based on record review and interviews conducted it was determined that Staff #1 spoke to child #1 inappropriately resulting in a violation of child #1's personal rights. This posed a potential risk to the health, safety, or personal rights to children in care. Furthermore, the director indicated that she will provide a written statement of how they will implement the training to the classroom setting.
