Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Upon LPA's arrival the Licensee was supervising 8 preschool children over the age of 2 years old without an assistant present, two more children than regulation allows, unless the two additional children are at least 6 years old or enrolled and attending TK or above. Based on the ages of the children, the Licensee was operating over capacity, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. POC Due Date: 12/06/2024
