LPA provided licensee with the following video link: https://ccld.childcarevideos.org/family-child-care-providers/locks-and-inaccessibility-regulations-in-child-care/ Based on LPA observations and licensee's admission, a box conatining open liquor bottles was left in an accessible room, which poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care. Licensee stated that she will watch the video and will submit a written statement to the Department by 07/07/2023, detailing what steps she will take to ensure that this situation does not occur again in the future.
