, Director stated she will submit a request for waiver to Licensing within 30 days, to combine toddlers with preschoolers for one hour at the beginning and one hour at the end of the day. Director stated Toddler teacher's hours will be adjusted in the interim to accomodate C1's arrival time. Based on information obtained in interviews, C1, a toddler, was frequently co-mingled with preschoolers in Preschool Room 302 in the mornings, which poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.

Based on record review, S1's foreign transcripts have not been evaluated for U.S. equivalency, thus LPA was unable to verify S1's teacher qualifications, which poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.
