Based on interviews and record review, the facility did not comply with the section cited above in that a child was served food to which the child’s record indicates he/she has an allergy to, which poses an immediate health, safety, and personal rights risk to children in care recorded on sign-in sheets, and a copy was provided to the San Diego Regional Office on 03/03/2026.
