  Deficient Practice Statement Based on record review and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that the licensee does not check on each infant every 15 minutes while they sleep. There is only 1 infant enrolled, who will no longer be considered an infant starting tomorrow. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
