The facility agrees to complete a training with all staff members regarding the personal rights of children. The facility will submit an agenda, training materials, and a page signed by each teacher (for the purpose of attendance) to the Department by the POC due date. Based on interview & record review a staff member handled a child in a rough manner by using their arms to quickly and forcibly change a child's posture from sitting to lying on their stomach, which poses/posed a potential Personal Rights risk to the children in care.
