Safety precautions shall include but not limited to: (4) Poisons, detergents, cleaning compounds, medicines, firearms and other items which could pose a danger if readily available to children shall be stored where they are inaccessible to children.
Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that there were two small bottles of pepper spray that were inside of the licensee's bag. This bag was located far from where the children were located, but it was located in an area that the children had access to.
