Licensee agrees to provide staff with training memo on Personal Rights and submit written statement of understanding from staff with their signatures by 03/15/2023. Director also agrees to provide in service training on Personal Rights to CCL with sign in sheet/ agenda of topic and date and time of training by 03/31/2023 Facility failed to protect the safety of the children. When a child's face The staff member is no longer working for the facility after 10/26/2021. Director Jennifer Diehl agreed to provide training to staff on the dos and don'ts regarding face covering guidance. Proof of training with staff signature will be submitted to the Department by 11/24/2021. covering was not covering the mouth and the nose, Staff 1 went up to the child pulling the mask over the child's nose and pressed the nose bridge strip to tighten the mask without the child's consent.
