Licensee immediately coached the behavior once it was brought to her attention. S2 no longer works at the facility. Licensee will continue to coach new staff regarding time out policy. POC was cleared prior to delivery. Based on interview the facility did not comply with the section cited above in a child was given an inappropriate disciplinary policy.
