(b) Outdoor activity space shall be physically separate from space used by children in the child care center and school-age child care center components. Facility has had a shared playground waiver on file since 7/6/23. Facility has scheduled times for each classroom which ensures there is no overlapping between classrooms/age groups. Licensee to provide CCL with the written playground schedule by 9/17/23. This was regulation was not met as evidence by: Staff stated there was a short time earlier in the summer when children were commingled on the playground for several minutes each day, which posses a potential risk to the infants in care.
