Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. At approximately 10:08am, LPA observed that there was no fence or barricade blocking access to the stairs. Per licensee, they block the stairs with a net, but only when children arrive to the facility. Once they arrive the net is remove.
