Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. In touring the facility LPA observed two bedrooms and the laundry room open. In the laundry room there was detergent and bleach on the shelf. Also, the backyard had several areas with dog feces however, no children were at play.
