102417(a) · (a) The licensee shall be present in the home and shall ensure that children in care are supervised at all times. When circumstances require the licensee to be temporarily absent from the home, the licensee shall arrange for a substitute adult to care for and supervise the children during his/her absence. During todays visit, licensee submitted an upated LIC279 to LPAs. Licenee agrees to submit a written statement from co-licensee, removing himself as the co-licensee, as requested by both, licensee and co-licensee. This is due to licensing no later than the POC due date. Temporary absences shall not exceed 20 percent of the hours that the facility is providing care per day. This was not met as evidenced by: bases on licensee an co-licensees own admission(s), co-licensee is not present in the daycare home for 80% of the operating hours.
