In reviewing facility file/record, it was determined that the licensee's adult son (Charles Andrews) resides at the home and has not obtained a Criminal Record Clearance. Prior to today's (11/1/2022) inspection, this issue was addressed by LPA Lopez on multiple occasions with the licensee.
