Facility hiring aides that has acquired ECE units. Reviewing personal rights with staff. Conduct trainings with staff and viewing Personal Rights video on the CDSS website. Based on interviews and record review, a staff member was observed pushing a day-care child and handling a day-care child in a rough manner.This poses an immediate risk to the health and safety of the children in care. Co-Director to email LPA a roster (signed and dated) of staff attending trainings and have each staff provide in writing, a summary of the trainings; POC due date 12/5/2025.
